This 10ft long and 3/4" thick is 65 pounds and features adjustable 10,  9, 8ft, 7ft and 6ft  Special 1 Piece Sliding Surface with 2 piece base  design with  adjustable high profile bumpers constructed of hardwood.  This model can be found in training rooms and rehabilitation centers throughout North America. Includes one pair of performance slide boots to be worn over your cross training shoe.   Like our other boards, it too features the 4 degree "toe out position" end ramps with a low angle of impact for knee friendly use.
