Choosing which band for Assisted Chin or pull ups.
Simply attach the band to your chin-up bar by slip-knotting it around the bar and insert one foot through the loop. The band will assist you as you pull yourself up. Use the Strong Band first, if you can't already do any chin-ups on your own, because the Strong Band will give you more "help". Then, as you get stronger, advance to the Average, Light Band, then monster mini or mini.
You can choose the band by how much assistance you need. You can step into one or two bands or slip them over your knee and upper shin.
